The Tax Manager will lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area to deliver quality tax services. This person will serve as a business adviser to clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise. Responsibilities of the Tax Manager: Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within appropriate filing dates Prepare and review federal and state individual income, gift tax, and estate returns Prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Partnerships, and Non-Profit Organizations Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices Conduct tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
