The Financial Controller is key member of the Finance and Accounting team at Bastian Solutions reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance and Accounting.  The position provides financial and accounting leadership for the organization and management team.  She/He will work with well-established team members across the high-functioning Finance and Accounting team to ultimately take ownership and accountability over the audits of both the financial statements and the control environment, including the maintenance of a comprehensive set of controls for JSOX compliance.  In this role, she/he will have responsibility over accounting operations and partner with other leaders across the organization to ensure effective and efficient processes, p
