The opportunity:

• Manager role focused on managing assurance engagements for varied clients
• Supervise/coach and help develop less-experienced professional staff
• Help identify and address other client needs that we could potentially meet
• Full-time role with some overtime; occasional travel within one hour of our offices
• Ideally located in South Bend or Elkhart, IN
• Growing firm with potential to advance to a Partner role

Experience/background desired:

• At least 3-5 years of assurance experience, including supervising/managing audit engagements
• A higher amount of experience - and potentially Senior Manager title - will be considered
• A passion for forging strong relationships, particularly with owners of closely-held business clients
• A desire to coach and develop less-experienced professional staff
• An active CPA license
