The Chief Financial Officer has overall responsibility for the financial direction including the finance and accounting functions of the Company in accordance with the policies, timelines and strategies as set by the HRSA, CEO, and Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will have:
Five years professional health care experience, preferably in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting or non-profit
Bachelor of Science in Accounting, CPA preferred
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Federally Qualified HC financials, real estate books, grant reporting, A/R and A/P
Budget development and compliance in accordance with grant and government awards.
Manage and maintain internal audit controls
Flexibility to take on other duties, such as some building management
Supervision over Revenue Cycle team
Experience with investments a plus
