Lake City Bank is seeking a career-oriented individual to lead and manage the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the finance department. The Controller is responsible for establishing and communicating financial policies, procedures, internal controls and reporting systems in order to maintain an accounting system which reflects the financial position of Lakeland Financial Corporation and all of its subsidiaries. This person will need to have experience with preparation of SEC, regulatory and board of director financial reporting.
This individual must have at least five years of finance and or controller experience. A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required and a master’s degree and CPA designation is preferred.
